The billing information and all other information which the user provides will only be used by us to communicate with the customer in relation to their order or for customer support.

On-Line shopping is very similar to shopping at your local shopping centre store, with some exceptions, you don't have to leave home and you don't have to pick up a shopping trolley or basket, this you receive automatically. Simply select a category in the left-hand panel, click on it and order the item(s) you require by placing a number in the "quantity" window and clicking on "order"

The moment you click "order" your window will appear displaying the details of your order. At this stage you will be given a choice to either go to your shopping basket or continue shopping. If you continue shopping you can either order items from the same or other categories. These items will also be added to your shopping basket. If you decide that you wish to see what is in your shopping basket, click on "Shopping Basket"

When viewing the content of your shopping basket you can go to "check out", or before doing so you can also delete any item about which you have changed your mind.

At "check out" you will be required to answer a few details, including credit card details. Please be assured that the information you supply is totally confidential and cannot be seen by anyone other than by our personnel, you then click on "Submit" and your order will be received and dealt with by us almost instantaneously.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS Products are NOT supplied on a trial basis. All items manufactured by us on our premises, such as, pool tables and combination cue and score racks, carry a ten year warranty against faulty craftsmanship.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES may be subject to import charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept payment by Credit Cards for OVERSEAS ORDERS. These orders will only be despatched after we have received payment in full by way of Telegraphic Transfer. We will supply you with all the relevant details, after we have received your order, so that you can conveniently pay for your purchase by way of Telegraphic Transfer.
